Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Expert at DIREK LTD. The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, SEO, analyzing data and performance metrics, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation. The role is located in Surrey, with flexibility for some remote work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to penetrate key markets including commercial real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and education.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and drive lead generation.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and the company website to attract and retain potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Advocate for occupant well-being and sustainable practices in all marketing communications, aligning with DIREK's mission to contribute to a healthier planet.
  • Represent DIREK's values and vision in all digital marketing activities.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation software
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and advertising tools
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and metrics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Certifications in digital marketing are a plus
