Great Earnings Potential : What Youll Do as a Senior Support Worker Be a positive role model to the children and your team, leading by example with empathy, consistency, and integrity. Take an active role in creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating environment. Support children who may have experienced trauma, with behaviours that challengewith compassion and strength. Contribute to and lead on key working, risk assessments, and care planning. Guide and mentor junior staff, promoting best practice across the home. Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy in ensuring high standards, policy compliance, and quality assurance. About You Were looking for someone with experience, heart, and ambition .
