About The RoleCornerstone Healthcare are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated, part-time, Learning and Development Lead to join our People & Culture team. This is a hands-on and rewarding role supporting the delivery of our organisational Learning and Development strategy.Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you’ll lead the day-to-day operation of the L&D function, ensuring training is engaging, compliant, and aligned with our values. You’ll also line manage our L&D Facilitators and Coordinator, providing guidance, coaching, and support to create a high-quality learning experience for all colleagues. You’ll work closely with the Head of L&D to: Design, review, and quality assure learning programmes (mandatory, statutory, and bespoke).Monitor and maintain training compliance across the organisation.Develop and manage our approach to apprenticeships, career pathways, and the Care Certificate.Liaise with external training providers, assessors, and awarding bodies to maintain quality and learner progress.Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the L&D function.Occasionally deliver learning to provide cover and maintain a connection with frontline learning.About YouYou’ll have experience in Learning and Development or training, ideally within health or social care and a real passion for supporting others to grow.
