At Rayner Personnel, we're looking for ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultants who are driven to achieve more. If you’re experienced in building relationships, negotiating deals, and managing clients, this could be the fresh start you’ve been seeking.



What You’ll Get:

- Independence & Flexibility: This is a self-employed role that allows you to run your own desk, set your hours, and work the way you want.

- Unlimited Earning Potential: While the first couple of months will involve building your pipeline and likely no income, once you get through that, you can start earning commissions that reflect your hard work and experience.

- Leverage Your Skills: Your estate agency or recruitment background has equipped you with valuable skills in negotiation, client management, and building a network—this role will take those skills to the next level.



Who We’re Looking For:

- Experienced Professionals: Ideally, you’ve worked in estate agency or recruitment and know how to manage relationships and close deals.

- Motivated & Driven: You’re looking for more than just a job—you want control over your success, and you’re willing to invest time in getting it right.

- Hungry for Success: You understand the value of following a proven process and know that the rewards come to those who put in the effort.


What to Expect:

- First Two Months: No income as you build your client base and establish yourself, but with hard work, you’ll see the financial rewards soon after.

- Support & Guidance: You won’t be alone—we’ll provide you with the tools, training, and mentorship to help you hit the ground running.



Interview Process:

1. Group Discovery (via Teams): A group session with Managing Director Russell, where you’ll learn more about the role and Rayner Personnel.

2. 1-2-1 Meeting (via Teams): A deeper discussion with Russell to talk about your experience and how it fits with the role.

3. Final Stage: If you’re successful, you’ll have a call with our CEO, Josh, and members of the management team to discuss your future with us.
