Associate Director MEP Cost Management Real Estate

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneurial Associate Director in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management with an office development focus to join our MEP Cost Management team. You will be self-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend alinea as the #1 Cost Consultant in London. In this key position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend alinea.You will:Set a clear strategy and ambition for the team leading inclusively to leverage the variety of perspectives insights and knowledge of our people; making Turner & Townsend alinea a great place to work.Identify coach and mentor talent to realise their potential and celebrate the success of others.Drive a One Business culture.Achieve great outcomes by striking the right balance for our people clients shareholders and society. Always acting with the highest integrity caring for the safety and well being of others.Have a detailed understanding of the market acting as a brand ambassador and creating a pipeline of opportunity.Qualifications : A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services within the MEP spaceProfessionally qualified (RICS or similar)Degree or HNC level qualificationAbility to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.Experience in delivering MEP elements of work for clientsKnowledge and contacts within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below)Utilising digital software for delivery of cost management servicesCommercially astute with good negotiation skillsAdditional Information : Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
