You will be self-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend alinea as the #1 Cost Consultant in London. In this key position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend alinea. Responsibilities Set a clear strategy and ambition for the team, leading inclusively to leverage the variety of perspectives, insights and knowledge of our people; making Turner & Townsend alinea a great place to work. Have a detailed understanding of the market, acting as a brand ambassador and creating a pipeline of opportunity. Qualifications A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services within the MEP space Professionally qualified (RICS or similar) Degree or HNC level qualification Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time. Experience in delivering MEP elements of work for clients Knowledge and contacts within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below) Utilising digital software for delivery of cost management services Commercially astute with good negotiation skills Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
