An incredibly exciting opportunity for someone to step straight into a role supporting the CEO of a startup music/media company in the heart of Soho. Our client is going from strength to strength and needs someone with a great attitude and enough experience under their belt to take on a very busy diary, global travel arrangements etc as well as Office Manager responsibilities. Due to the immediate need this is initially role with every opportunity to transition to permanent I am looking for someone with startup experience, loves to manage and prioritise busy diaries, naturally 10 steps ahead, is looking for a role where every day is different and happy to roll their sleeves up and be the office lynchpin.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Diary management to CEO (across time zones)
  • International travel arrangements
  • Gatekeeping
  • Attending meetings on behalf of the CEO
  • Expenses
  • Ad hoc personal support
  • Organising internal meetings
  • Organising team events
