We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Digital Marketing Manager with a strong technical background and a proven track record in leading innovative digital marketing strategies. This pivotal role demands a candidate with at least eight years of experience who showcases a robust understanding of digital campaign management and marketing automation, particularly in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be driven by a passion for digital marketing excellence and a relentless pursuit of personal and professional growth.


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This is an office-based role requiring the candidate to work from their Reading, Berkshire office.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the digital marketing strategy across 70+ countries and 14 languages, crafting and executing advanced digital marketing plans to elevate brand visibility and enhance lead generation.

Leverage cutting-edge sales automation tools and CRM systems to streamline communications and maximize conversion rates.

Foster strong alliances with senior stakeholders, delivering strategic insights and championing innovative marketing solutions.

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, emphasizing a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Remain at the forefront of digital marketing trends and technologies, including AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini, to maintain a competitive edge.

Champion a data-driven approach in all marketing activities, applying statistical analysis and predictive modeling to guide strategic planning and maximize ROI.


Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least five years of hands-on experience in email marketing, demonstrating a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.

A minimum of eight years of experience in digital marketing, with a substantial focus on strategic leadership in technology and innovation-driven industries.

Extensive experience with CRM systems and sales automation software, particularly Salesforce.

Demonstrated ability to quickly adopt new digital tools and software, with a keen interest in AI technologies.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of influencing senior-level stakeholders and inspiring a team.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of performance and reliability.

Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of developing talent and a clear vision for team growth and cohesion.


Additional Requirements:

Deep understanding of content management systems (CMS) and SEO optimization.

Comprehensive knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR, and how they apply to digital marketing.

Demonstrated senior marketing experience in a multinational business environment, with a clear trajectory of increasing responsibility and authority.
