Our client is a rapidly growing digital technology company. Their expertise spans the entire Dynamics 365 suite, including Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management, and Business Central. With offices all over the United Kingdom, they are seeking Presales Solutions Consultants to expand their CRM business unit.
Role Overview: As a Presales Solutions Consultant, you will support our client’s commercial team by engaging with internal stakeholders, current customers, and prospects. Your role will involve understanding their needs, translating them into solution designs, and contributing to commercial proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Knowledge of older Dynamics 365 versions (CRM2011, CRM2013, CRM2016) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft 365 is beneficial.
- Develop and configure engaging solution demonstrations.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Gather requirements effectively and create high-quality written proposals and functional documentation.
About You:
- Highly motivated self-starter with commercial and technical experience in the digital technology and professional services sector.
- Strong communication skills across all media.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Skilled in engaging with third parties, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Capable of managing personal workload and prioritizing goals effectively.
