About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join BJSS as a Dynamics Architect, playing a key role in the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business and software solutions, leveraging your expertise in Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities, particularly the Field Service App.

You will work closely with clients to ensure that Power Platform solutions meet their requirements, and contribute to the growth of our Dynamics practice by defining training needs and coaching/mentoring other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and ownership of high-quality business and software solutions
  • Ensuring Power Platform solutions meet client requirements
  • Contribution to the wider Dynamics practice, defining training needs and coaching/mentoring team members

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CRM consultant with a strong background in large-scale complex implementations, extensive knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365, and a deep understanding of Azure and cloud technologies.

You will be a strong communicator, able to present to stakeholders and lead by example on engagements. You will also have a mind-set for continuous improvement, be able to take responsibility, and provide effective feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a CRM consultant with large-scale complex implementation
  • Extensive knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365
  • Deep understanding of Azure and cloud technologies, Field Service App, and Power BI
  • Ability to translate business and customer needs into a great digital customer experience
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Power Platforms Accelerators, industry templates, and add-ons
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of practices for Dynamics 365
  • Understanding of SDLC, Development Management, Data Migrations, Business Process Mapping, Modelling, and Documentation
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of writing apps in Dynamics CE, CRM, and Field Service
