There has never been a better time to join our incredible team and be part of the movementTHE ROLEWe are on the lookout for someone extraordinary to join us as Head of Technical & Quality, where you will be responsible for leading and shaping the technical, quality, food-safety and regulatory assurance strategy of the business. This role ensures that the company’s premium positioning is underpinned by robust systems, high quality standards, continuous improvement of processes, and technical innovation. You will lead the global quality & technical function, work with manufacturing/co-packers, packaging & ingredient supply chain, new product development teams, and ensure the brand promise of excellence is delivered consistently across all markets.Key responsibilities include:Technical leadership on bringing to market new NPDManage global packaging, format and sustainability projects with a focus on quality and risk.Define, implement and own the global Quality & Technical strategy.Build and lead a strong, quality-focused team.Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) and supplier performance.Ensure global compliance with food safety and certification standards.Lead incident and crisis management for quality or safety issues, managing resolution actions.Develop, monitor and report on key quality metrics, driving improvements.Represent the company with regulators and industry partners.Manage budgets and resources for the quality and technical function.ABOUT YOUDegree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.Demonstrable leadership experience in food or beverage quality / technical management (ideally mixers, soft drinks, export, co-packing).Proven leader of complex quality and technical operations, from suppliers to manufacturing.Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, GMP, BRC, ISO 22000, GFSI).Experienced with packaging and ingredient challenges — stability, shelf-life, interactions, and sustainability.Strategic, influential leader with excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.THE PACKAGELovely, bright and spacious office 1 minute from Notting Hill Gate station, surrounded by TRIP pastel-coloured housesSalary: DOE4 days per week in the office with the option to work from home on a FridayPrivate Healthcare with Vitality including Virgin Gym 50% offHoliday: 24 days + birthday off1 Wellness DayPension planPotential to take part in the company share schemeTRIP product discount & Friends+Family codesMindfulness support with Calm App membershipBreakfast and snacks providedSleep support with monthly Dream Drops CBD Oil allowanceWorking from Anywhere policy: 2 weeks per year in a maximum of 2 blocksSabbatical: After 2 years of service, a 6-week sabbatical is availableDog Friendly officeRegular team socials & events
