Amazon Campaign Account Director - Media Agency - London - £65,000 + bonus

The Company

My client is a leading global advertising, marketing, and corporate communications agency.

They provide services to over 5,000 clients across 100 countries.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Biddable specialist that has experience in Amazon Campaign Management to join the agency's specialist eCommerce advisory service.

Understanding consumer audience and behaviour, while providing your clients with an end-to-end view of full ecommerce value and identify insights that improve digital availability.

The Job

As the Amazon Campaign Account Director your responsibilities will include:

  1. Develop long-term digital account plans and quarterly business reviews to drive growth.
  2. Identify additional revenue opportunities and create proposals with clear rationale.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Analytics, Consultancy) to develop client solutions.
  4. Lead strategic projects and cross-channel planning efforts.
  5. Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  6. Confidently communicate recommendations, challenge clients, and provide educational support.
  7. Set and manage client expectations, ensuring team delivery meets goals.
  8. Line manage, mentor, and develop team members, fostering growth and improving workflow.

Skills Required.

For the role of Amazon Campaign Account Director ,this agency are looking for this person to have the following skills and experience:

  • 6-7 years of agency-side digital planning/operational experience in at least two areas: programmatic display, video, search, or paid social, with Amazon DSP/Sponsored Ads expertise.
  • Proven passion for digital media, advertising, and technology, with strong people and communication skills.
  • Previous line management experience and a client-focused, multitasking approach with attention to detail.
  • Technical/analytical mindset, enjoying teamwork and collaboration.

A can-do mentality with a motivational and positive attitude.
