Our client are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will ensure sufficient stock availability across the wider business to support the achievement of sales targets.


Responsibilities of a Supply Chain Planner

  • Work autonomously to drive inbound operations
  • Raising PO’s on SAP
  • Managing stock levels
  • Negotiating prices with suppliers
  • Maintaining up to date records of delivery dates
  • Liaising with suppliers & factories for order and inventory queries
  • Working with 3PL to ensure efficient delivery of shipments
  • Daily admin tasks e.g. data entry, management reporting
  • Support on projects as required


Key Competencies of a Supply Chain Planner

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar supply chain position
  • Numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using modern ERP systems and CRM’s
  • CIPS qualification – Level 3+ (desirable)
  • Spoken/Written Mandarin (beneficial)
