We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Expert to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing forecasting and planning strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of demand and supply to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Experience of current forecasting and supply chain principles
  • Strong supply planning experience, including inbound and outbound logistics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work assertively to debate and challenge forecasts and issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
