Job Title:Supply Chain Analyst Location:Remote (some occasional travel to site in Bristol or South Coast) Rate:£450-500 a day Inside IR35 Clearance:Active MOD SC Clearance required (DV clearance a bonus) Contract Length:6 months initiallyThe OpportunityWe're looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join a high-profile Defence programme, supporting an established ecosystem of suppliers and ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient supply chain operations.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, can build strong working relationships across teams, and understands how to keep complex supplier portfolios running efficiently. Due to the SC clearance requirement it is likely this experience will be from Defence or secure government sector.You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance, coordinating supplier activity, and supporting the wider team as the programme continues to grow.The RoleWorking as part of the programmes Subcontracts and Procurement team, you'll support all aspects of supply chain management from supplier vetting and due diligence to maintaining documentation and ensuring procurement processes run to plan.You'll be the primary point of contact for suppliers within the programmes ecosystem, helping manage onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing compliance activity. You'll also contribute to supplier engagement events and support ecosystem reporting at a programme level.Key responsibilities include: Maintaining the portfolio of existing and prospective suppliers. Managing due diligence and compliance activities. Raising, processing, and monitoring adherence to contractual documents. Reporting and tracking all ecosystem activities. Supporting programme budget objectives and supplier administration. Assisting in the resolution of supply chain issues. Delivering ecosystem induction briefings to potential suppliers. Supporting supplier engagement events and industry days. The PersonYou'll be an organised, detail-oriented professional who can work confidently across multiple teams and suppliers. You'll need excellent communication and coordination skills, alongside the ability to work independently under time pressure. Essential: Active MOD SC Clearance (DV clearance desirable). Experience managing suppliers and procurement documentation. Experience supporting procurement or supply chain functions within a large programme. Confident working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice to have: Experience setting up or supporting industry days (at security classified level). Familiarity with Kahoot.TPBN1_UKTJ
