As a Packing Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient packaging of products and maintaining the high quality standards that our customers expect. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work well within a team.Responsibilities: * Accurately and efficiently pack products according to established guidelines and standards. * Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging and report any issues to the supervisor. * Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and effectively. * Maintain a clean and organised packing area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Assist in inventory management and stock control. * Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. * Participate in regular training sessions to enhance packing techniques and product knowledge. * Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.Requirements: * Previous experience in a packing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to follow instructions and work well in a fast-paced team environment. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Basic math skills for counting and recording product quantities. * Stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy objects. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
