A successful B2B agency based in Hertfordshire has a fantastic opportunity for Junior Creative to work on brand and campaign strategy and content solutions across all forms of communication including; web, email, social, digital and print advertising, DM campaigns, exhibition and sales collateral


Role Overview: Whether you are a recent graduate with star potential or have a year or so of experience under your belt, they are looking for raw talent and a passion for creativity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for various projects, from print materials to digital campaigns.
  • Work closely with senior creatives to bring concepts to life and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Utilize creative typography techniques to enhance visual impact and storytelling.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in simple animation, particularly for short-form social media content (e.g., 15-second animations).
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team to generate innovative solutions.
  • Adapt to feedback and iterate on designs to meet client objectives and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and creative output.


Qualifications:

  • A portfolio showcasing polished conceptual ideas and creative work across print and digital platforms.
  • Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic knowledge of animation principles and experience creating short-form animations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude toward tackling new challenges.
