The Staffing Network is antional suplier of recruitment solutions and is workig with our established client in Boston. A new vacancy has arisen for a Logistics Co-Ordinator within the Network Team, at our Boston Depot. MondayFriday, 12.00 noon- 8.30pm / Saturday 7.00am-12.00pm (rota system) The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, possess a good telephone manner, provide an in-depth level of customer service and be proficient in problem solving, transport planning and working as a team. Key aspects of the role include: Provide an efficient, responsive and professional service when handling all incoming and outgoing calls with customers, depots and drivers Deal with queries and issues by email and telephone, quickly and thoroughly Book jobs onto bespoke IT systems Adhere to both company and statutory legislation and requirements to ensure the efficient running of the business Coordinate deliveries and collections Skills / experience we are looking for: Able to work in a fast-paced environment, to prioritise tasks and be organised and methodical Experience in similar role / environment would be beneficial Must be fully computer literate Transport & logistics experience preferred Administrative experience essential Good customer service skills and solutions orientated approach Attention to detail and accuracy Must be able to work using own initiative and have a flexible, can-do attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits: 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays plus an extra days holiday for your birthday Employee Assistance Programme On-site parking Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: On-site parkingTPBN1_UKTJ
