Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to drive our B2B sales efforts and forge strategic partnerships within the NHS. This role is pivotal in expanding Embla’s market presence and accelerating our growth within the healthcare sector.
As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing long-term relationships with corporate clients and NHS stakeholders. Your goal is to promote Embla’s holistic obesity care solutions, ensuring they become an integral part of healthcare offerings across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Development: Lead and execute B2B sales strategies to expand our market share within the healthcare industry, with a focus on corporate clients and the NHS.
- Partnership Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with NHS organizations, healthcare providers, and corporate partners to promote Embla’s services.
- Market Research: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and clinical teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and product offerings.
- Reporting: Track performance, providing regular updates to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, preferably within B2B and/or NHS environments.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of the NHS structure and procurement processes, with a proven track record of building successful partnerships.
