THE ROLEJoin the finance team as Power BI Developer, building interactive dashboards for stakeholders across accounts payable, cash accounting, commercial services, and operations. Bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, gathering requirements and creating visual analytics. The team is adopting modern medallion architecture and exploring data science/AI, offering growth opportunities. WHAT YOU'LL DOWork directly with finance teams to understand reporting needsBuild interactive, self-service Power BI dashboardsDesign robust data models and write complex DAX measuresDrive adoption of self-service analytics (currently 60-70% of team handles queries)Contribute to gold standard medallion architecture implementationCollaborate with SQL engineers and analytics team WHAT YOU'LL BRINGEssential:1+ years hands-on Power BI experienceStrong DAX skills (measures, calculated columns, complex calculations)SQL knowledge for querying and data structuresETL experience and data pipeline understandingExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsRequirements gathering with non-technical stakeholdersData storytelling abilitySelf-starter with proactive approachStrong interpersonal skills Desirable:PL-300 certification or equivalentFinance or retail experienceSelf-service analytics backgroundModern data architecture knowledgeMathematics or quantitative degree TECH STACKPower BI Desktop & Service, DAX, SQL, ETL tools, modern data architecture (medallion architecture) THE IDEAL CANDIDATEYou're a communicator who loves working with business stakeholders.
