You dont just manage the process you drive the outcome.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn delivery and coordination across strategic propositions and pursuitsMaintain clarity on decision paths deadlines and output qualityPartner with wider team to land CxO-ready deliverablesCoordinate alignment with Client Partners MDs and industry teamsEnsure operational excellence in preparing leadership for CxO engagementsQualifications : Experience812 years as a Senior Producer / Executive Producer / Strategic Delivery Lead in a top-tier consultancy digital product organisation innovation studio or creative/strategy agencyProven track record running complex cross-functional workstreams and senior stakeholder programmesExperience in enterprise transformation product innovation platforms AI or brand/experience strategyComfortable operating in ambiguous environments building structure where none existsSkills & AttributesHigh levels of leadership and ownership - moves teams forward with confidenceExceptional communication and cadence managementCxO presence - calm articulate credible in executive settingsEqually comfortable in strategic discussions and detailed deliveryBias towards action clarity and impactKnows how to control energy in a room and keep focus on outcomesThrives in pace pressure and ambiguityAdditional Information : About Dava.YDava.Y is Endavas growth and strategy unit working at the front of the digital product lifecycle to close the gap between boardroom ambition and digital execution.
