As a Propositions Executive, you’ll support the delivery of our strategy across both Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go (PAYG). You’ll report to the Propositions Manager, assist in evolving our PAYG offer and contribute to projects that grow our customer base and build loyalty. Working with teams across the business, you’ll help spot opportunities, refine ideas and turn them into clear, customer-focused propositions. You’ll use customer and market insight, apply a commercial lens and build a solid understanding of the technology and products needed to make them a success.
Support the development of propositions that deliver iD Mobile’s commercial goals, using customer and market insight across Pay Monthly and PAYG
Help identify and target the right customer segments by working closely with teams across the business
This role does not include line management responsibilities

Comfortable working with commercial data, customer insight and feedback to shape decisions
Creative problem-solver who can think differently and bring new ideas to life
