As Performance Marketing Specialist, youll take full ownership of campaign strategy, creative direction and content delivery for paid search, paid social and SEM initiatives, crafting messaging and assets that resonate with the right audiences and perform across platforms. Partnering with leading external digital agencies, youll oversee media planning, buying and optimisation, ensuring each campaign achieves maximum efficiency and measurable success. Reporting to the VP Marketing & Communications, youll work closely with our in-house content, design and events teams, as well as agency partners and business units across regions. Based in our Abu Dhabi office, this role offers an exciting opportunity to combine analytical depth with creative agility, perfect for a marketing professional who is passionate about using data, technology and storytelling to drive brand growth and performance. Responsibilities : Develop and execute integrated performance marketing strategies with clear KPIs, ROI benchmarks and growth targets, overseeing paid search, paid social and SEM campaigns Lead campaign creation and content direction, ensuring compelling creative assets and messaging for multiple platforms and audience segments Manage the complete campaign workflow from audience segmentation, creative briefing and media buying to optimisation, analytics tracking and detailed reporting Collaborate effectively with digital marketing agency for media buying, placement optimisation and seamless campaign delivery; strong agency/vendor management is essential Leverage CRM tools and set up marketing platforms to enhance audience insights and automate nurture flows, improving lead generation and conversion rates Oversee website and content optimisation initiatives, including regular content reviews, SEO best practices, funnel enhancements and analytics-based performance improvements Build and launch targeted digital campaigns across multiple channels and regional markets, optimising reach and engagement Support investor relations and sales teams with tailored marketing collateral such as pitch decks, reports and website enhancements, working closely with graphic designers Set up and maintain marketing analytics tools and frameworks to align campaign performance with business outcomes, enabling real-time reporting and actionable insights into ROI, lead generation, conversion rates and channel performance for leadership Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing initiatives, including content development, EDMs, newsletters and campaign follow-up activities Ensure all marketing collateral meets regional regulatory and compliance standards Manage translations and localisations of marketing materials for international markets as required Apply PR knowledge for media outreach, event amplification and reputation management where relevant Qualifications : 58 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital strategy and campaign management within financial services, fintech, private equity, asset management , SAAS or related B2B sectors Proven success driving paid search, paid social, SEM and programmatic campaigns across multiple geographies, with strong ROI delivery Deep expertise in SEO/SEM, conversion funnels, A/B testing, analytics platforms, CRM systems and marketing automation tools Strong agency and vendor management skills, with the ability to brief, coordinate and hold partners accountable for deliverables and performance Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into creative content direction and impactful messaging aligned to audience and market expectations Solid understanding of B2B lead-generation, funnel optimisation, and content-driven growth strategies Working knowledge of website optimisation, digital analytics, and multi-channel campaign reporting tied to commercial results Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns across time zones under tight deadlines Experience collaborating with senior leadership, investor relations and sales teams, aligning marketing activity with revenue and capital-raising objectives Global outlook with exposure to European, US or APAC markets preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment ** Candidates open to relocating to Abu Dhabi are strongly preferred.
