Job descriptionThe opportunityAs Project Manager youll be responsible for delivering a full-scale renovation and fit-out coordinating all aspects of construction design and delivery. Youll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring a bold vision to lifecreating a space that blends style comfort and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead the project lifecycle from planning through to handoverManage contracts budgets schedules and procurementLiaise with architects structural engineers M&E consultants interior designers and contractorsOversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and building regulationsProvide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment across teamsDrive quality and efficiency throughout the build processJob requirementsAbout you Proven experience managing construction projects ideally in hospitality or leisureStrong understanding of structural mechanical and electrical systemsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressureFamiliarity with contract administration and project management toolsDesirableExperience with design-led refurbishments or adaptive reuse projectsKnowledge of sustainable building practices and energy efficiencyA passion for creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful designThis is more than a buildits a transformation.
