£33,500 salary, £2,000 welcome bonus, £550 Flex allowance plus up to 10% bonus and benefits

Have you recently graduated in 2024/2025 with a 2:1 (or projected for 2026) or above in a Master's degree in a relevant Engineering Civil, Electrical or Mechanical discipline?

What is the Graduate Programme?

Lasting 3 years, the programme will be involved in live projects that delivers strategic growth, by building our future infrastructure. You will play a part in this growth working across field and project engineer teams across a wide variety of business areas and projects that cover every aspect of the airport ecosystem. Surface access, car parks, terminal buildings or out on our airfield.

You will gain a unique insight into the inner workings of our business rotating across Construction and Field / Project Engineering and experiencing different roles and programmes. As well as giving you exposure to innovative projects in a fast paced environment this role can also offer you:

Opportunity to build your portfolio of skills and experience by exposure across different projects
Developing your design management, construction management and project management skills
Working on £multi-million projects and be involved from inception through to design, construction, handover and completion.
A development programme that builds on your commercial awareness, wider skills and development.
A programme aligned and accredited with engineering institutions such as ICE to satisfy the requirements for Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
The opportunity for internal progression into Field or Project Engineering roles

Minimum 2:1 Master's degree (graduated 2024/2025 or projected for 2026) in subject disciplines either: Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or includes these subject modules covered as a core discipline.
Driving licence
Keen interest in the Construction sector and being involved in active construction projects
Highly numerate, with an understanding of Data analysis
Creative, innovative, curious to find a better way
Team working- you'll enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues as well as other graduates
