Credit Controller / Broughshane / Permanent Reed Recruitment is excited to be working with a local business in Ballymena, assisting them with the recruitment of a full-time, permanent Credit Controller. This is a full time permanent opportunity, 8am to 5pm with a 3pm finish every other Friday. This is an excellent opportunity to work within an organisation offering a supportive and friendly team environment, as well as the opportunity to grow and develop with the role. The successful applicant will be required to complete the duties: * Timely + effective collection of all debts and customer payments for a group of three companies * Promptly + efficiently resolve queries both internally and externally * Providing copy invoice and POD's * Agree credit account applications -run credit checks when necessary * Process customer credit card payments * Bank + credit card postings * Resolve issues with short payments + customer remittances * Prepare bank lodgements * Complete monthly EC sales, including VAT number checks * Complete monthly intrastate returns * Regularly liaise with sales team regarding customer accounts Essential Experience * A minimum of 1 years' experience working within a similar credit control role and experience completing financial duties would be preferred * IT Proficient to include MS Excel.
