Automatic Door Engineer

A rapidly growing company are looking for an Automatic Door Engineer to join our growing team working across high-security sites within the M25, London area also engineers in Luton or 30 minutes commute of the M25. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who takes pride in delivering safe, reliable, and professional service for some highly secure sites. As an Automatic Door Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of automatic door systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and site security protocols. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and maintain automatic door systems across high-security locations Diagnose faults and carry out efficient repairs to minimise downtime Ensure all work is completed to EN16005 and relevant health and safety standards Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication on all visits Participate in an on-call rota as required On offer is: Basic Salary: £40,000 OTE: Up to £54,000 with overtime and call-out work Hours: 37.5-hour standard working week Overtime paid at x1.5 rate Company sick pay after probation 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays Company van (and tools) Door-to-door travel pay Tools, uniform, and ongoing training provided To be successful as an Automatic Door Engineer, you'll need: Proven experience in automatic door installation and servicing Strong understanding of EN16005 safety standards Full UK driving licence Ability to pass security clearances for high-security site work Excellent fault-finding and communication skills If you're an experienced Automatic Door Engineer looking for a new rewarding role with excellent pay and benefits, get in touch.
