Job DescriptionThe Field Service & Repair Engineer / Assembler will be responsible for managing the customer repairs process as well as providing on-site service work at customer sites on Regal Rexnord supplied brakes, clutches and couplings. This includes diagnosing faults, performing scheduled maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of Regal Rexnord products. They will also carry out assembly work when there is a no field service and repair work.Summary Of Duties And ResponsibilitiesService & RepairManage customer returns process to achieve annual repairs sales target and on time delivery in line with customer expectationsStrip and survey returned items and produce detailed report on parts and labour required with costings to repair the units if viableRebuild customer returns to “as new” standard to allocated delivery date as required. Carry out service work on Regal Rexnord supplied Brakes, Clutches and Couplings at Bedford plant and remotely at customer site. Support Sales and Engineering with service, commissioning and sales support work on all Regal Rexnord products sold via Bedford plant.
