Role Overview:
As a Creative Strategist at Social Nucleus, you will be at the heart of developing, executing, and optimising creative strategies for our clients. This role combines creativity with data-driven insights to produce content that resonates with target audiences and drives performance. You will collaborate closely with our designers, copywriters, and media buyers to ensure that our campaigns are not only visually compelling but also strategically sound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Development: Generate innovative concepts and ideas for paid social and search campaigns that align with clients’ brand identities and marketing goals.
- Content Strategy: Design and implement creative strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms, ensuring all content is optimised for performance.
- Audience Research: Conduct thorough research on target audiences to understand their behaviours, preferences, and pain points, and use this information to inform creative decisions.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of creative assets, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, media buyers, and copywriters to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaign execution.
- Client Communication: Present creative concepts and performance reports to clients, clearly articulating the rationale behind creative decisions and the impact on campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a creative strategy role, preferably within a paid advertising or eCommerce-focused agency.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.
- Excellent creative thinking skills with the ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling content.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and adjust creative strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
