About the Role:


This is a unique opportunity for a senior creative professional to join our team and contribute to the development of our clients' brands. You will be working closely with our designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers and developers to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and deliver design solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies and ensure that our design solutions reflect the latest best practices.
  • Manage and deliver design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

Your Requirements:



  • Proven experience in a senior creative role, preferably in a consulting or design agency environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of designers and developers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong creative and technical skills, with a deep understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
