Who will you be working for?

A boutique talent agency dedicated to representing top-tier influencers and talent across various platforms and industries. Their mission is to foster the careers of their clients by providing personalized management and innovative opportunities. They are seeking a motivated and organized Influencer & Talent Assistant to join their dynamic team and support the growth and success of their exceptional talent roster.


What Will You Be Doing?

  • Assist in managing and developing relationships with influencers and talent.
  • Coordinate with influencers to schedule meetings, events, and promotional activities.
  • Support the talent team in negotiating contracts and managing deliverables for client campaigns.
  • Maintain and update talent databases, contact lists, and project management tools.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance talent strategies and opportunities.
  • Help organize and coordinate events, photoshoots, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with event logistics, including travel arrangements and on-site support.


What Will You Bring?

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related role.
  • Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and the entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
