Who will you be working for?

A boutique talent agency dedicated to representing top-tier influencers and talent across various platforms and industries. Their mission is to foster the careers of their clients by providing personalized management and innovative opportunities. They are currently seeking a passionate and driven Junior Talent Agent to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.


What Will You Be Doing?

  • Identify and recruit new talent across various entertainment sectors.
  • Conduct research to discover emerging talent and industry trends.
  • Attend industry events, showcases, and networking opportunities to scout for potential clients.
  • Assist in managing relationships with existing clients, providing them with personalized support and career guidance.
  • Coordinate auditions, meetings, and promotional activities for clients.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, endorsements, and deals for clients, ensuring favorable terms.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for clients and senior agents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the agency.


What Will You Bring?

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent management, entertainment, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the entertainment industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
