To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experienceTo ensure all complaints are minimised and handles professionally as in accordance with our policiesTo supervise the restaurant breakfast team in line with company policies and manualsWork with the Restaurant Manager to maximise sales performance and achieve sales in line with targetsEnsure effective control of stock and staff costs in the Restaurant Managers absenceTo follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual:Serve food and drinks, quickly and efficiently, meeting our five star standards.Keep up to date with current promotions and new productsMake customers aware of offers on our great food and drink rangeTo assist in any function or events set ups in accordance with proceduresTo maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from customers in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulationsEnsure high standards of financial and reporting diligence in accordance with company policyTo ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.All other duties as required
