An Administrator with previous experience within accounts is required to join a Stourport based company in a varied position. In a unique role, you will be working alongside the Credit Controller and Receptionist, supporting with accounts-based duties as well as general administrative duties and working in the reception area.In this role as Administrator, you will be -Assisting with credit control, eg placing accounts on stop, preparing aged debtor reportsCompleting credit checks and checking credit account statusesPreparing and cross-checking invoicesChasing outstanding payments and highlighting credit queriesPreparing credit notesHandling the overflow incoming calls from the reception areaProviding face-to-face cover for Reception area during busy periodsGreeting visitors and guests onto siteOrdering stationery and monitoring stock levelsIdeally for this Administrator role you will have -Prior accounts/finance/credit control experienceConfidence working in a face-to-face environment greeting visitorsExperience using Outlook, Excel and SageExcellent numeracy skillsOn offer for this Administrator role -Full time office-based working hoursHours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm with an 1pm finish on FridayStarting salary of £26-28,000p/aHealth plan & training schemesIf you are interested in this Administrator role, please Apply today.
