HR Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist Location: Strabane (On-site, no hybrid) Duration: Full Time / Permanent Salary: 28-30k DOE VANRATH are delighted to be working exclusively with our highly-valued manufacturing client as they search for an exceptional HR generalist to join their growing HR function. You will be responsible for: Manage the HR systems ensuring accuracy of data. Provide support and coaching to Managers/ Team Leaders in managing performance. Advise Managers/ Team Leaders on employee relations issues including dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues as they arise. Support managers on people-related matters, providing them with timely guidance & tools. Develop relationships with employees, ensuring a deep understanding of the employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment, with other members of the HR Team. Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Administration team. Work collaboratively with all members of the HR Team. Operate within the boundaries of employment law to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Work with the business to support employee development. Assist with HR reporting and data analysis using systems and looking at proactive ways to improve the HR service as well as conducting other HR administrative duties. Manage employee life cycle relations from recruitment to exit strategies. Promotion of employer brand, vision and values. Assist with policy creation and the implementation/communication. Assist with payroll processing.
