You’ll also work closely with your team and others across Operations to meet customer needs and follow our service and compliance standards.How you’ll help:Speak to customers by handling calls, emails, letters, texts and webchatJoin daily team catch-ups, share updates, and help create a positive, supportive team vibe.Handle a variety of customer questions and step in to help other teams when needed.Help spot ways to make our customer service even better.Keep learning and building your skills in pensions and customer service.About People’s Partnership:At the heart of our organisation is a commitment and a motivation to make the future-saving experience a simple one for our members.
