Join us at Fleetwood Hall Care Home Sandstone Care Group’s residential home for older adults in Fleetwood Lancashire. The home has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to all communal areas and is a beautiful modern environment.

Situated just a short walk from the vast expanses of the Lancashire coast the devoted team at our 62bedded home are truly intent on providing an exceptional level of care led by experienced Manager Joanne. We run a tight ship as we believe our residents and team deserve nothing less. Our wellestablished reputable home offers residents modern and comfortable facilities within warm and friendly surroundings whilst at the same time providing fantastic standards of care supported by the very latest care planning technology. Here at Fleetwood Hall we truly believe in supporting each person’s individuality whether that is through gardening clubs or birthday celebrations

As a Care Home Assistant your role may involve:

  • undertaking any necessary training
  • supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene eating and getting involved with daily activities
  • providing emotional support and companionship
  • maintaining high standards within the care home environment
  • working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met
  • Support the Chef/Cook and the rest of the catering team with providing fresh homecooked meals from scratch to our residents
  • Maintaining a hygienic and compliant working environment
  • providing a clean and beautifully presented environment for our residents
  • ensuring cleaning schedules are adhered to and effective infection control is maintained at all times
  • working flexibly between the Home’s domestic and laundry departments if required

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.

  • A positive outlook and a warm personality
  • Able to demonstrate a genuine interest in working in the health and social care sector experience is beneficial but certainly not essential
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns according to the needs of our residents
