We are recruiting a Full-time Highway Asset Officer to the Asset Management (Policy & Programme) Team.

The role is part of a team responsible for policy review and the development of data led highway maintenance forward programmes. The role will require working closely with the Asset Intelligence, Neighbourhood Highway Teams, the wider service and external stakeholders.

The position involves the following key tasks:
• Assisting in the preparation of Asset Management strategy, policies and plans. 
• Providing policy governance 
• Analysing condition data and identifying and prioritising highway asset needs
• Asset system development and management
