Willowbrook is seeking to appoint a School Administrator to act as a receptionist and provide organisational support to the school.

The role is primarily ‘front of house’ and the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors. As such, this is a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive climate for our community.

Other duties include:
• Daily administrative tasks
• Reprographics
• Maintaining records
• Collating of reports and documents 
• Typing and telephone duties

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, committed individual to join our new admin team; we have recently joined Ventrus, a MAT operating across Devon and thus are at the start of a new chapter for the school.

Willowbrook is a popular school with a caring ethos, where our team work together to achieve the best possible outcomes and educational experiences for our children.
