Position: SEN Recruitment Consultant
Plymouth Office, Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent with a 12-week probation period
As a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel Plymouth, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and development of staff for special educational needs (SEN) schools in the region. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and vetting quality candidates, matching them with suitable roles, and providing ongoing support to schools and educators throughout the recruitment process.
You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector of special educational needs and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression - will be right there, supporting and cheering you on.
Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
Be a data input and data management wizard
Your typical day as a Recruitment Consultant will be dynamic and fast-paced. From conducting educator interviews to liaising with schools in school service reviews and collaborating with colleagues, each day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a difference. Our shifts range from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with adjusted hours during the summer holidays to ensure work-life balance.Have a project management mindset: you think logically through stages of activities, you plan, deliver and follow-up
