Customer Experience Team Member

Location: Unite House

Salary: GBP23,965 - GBP25,410 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work 5 days out of 7,between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same

What you ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:

Providing a welcoming front of house reception service Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations Planning and running events for our students

A caring, warm person with a positive attitude An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions You ll also have great time management and organisational skills
