Assembly Team Member - Weekends (Friday to Sunday) Salary: £14.48 per hour rising to £15.10 after 3 months (inclusive of shift premiums)
Location: Charlie Bigham's Quarry Kitchen, Dulcote Quarry, Wells BA5 3FH
We are currently expanding our Assembly Day Shift team and looking for amazing people to join us
Our Assembly Team play the all-important role of assembling our dishes so they start to look a little more like the dishes you know and love . The team manage the assembly of our dishes which might mean bring the layers together in our lasagnes or maybe adding our delicious sauce and a sprinkling of cheese to our well-loved mac and cheese.
Saturday & Sunday 6am-6pm
As an Assembly Team member you will be:
Maintaining high hygiene levels and keeping a tidy workspace
Maintaining food preparation records and logs
Conducting quality checks to ensure that the Bigham standards are met
Carrying out effective and accurate shift handovers

This role will require you to be physically active and spend most of your shift on your feet.
Experience of working in a food handling environment as a production operative would be beneficial however, isnt essential as we will provide food safety and quality training for those who dont have prior experience.
A competitive salary of£14.A pay increase to£15.10per hourfollowing the successful completion of 3 months probation.
