Our client, an industry specialist in providing end-to-end solutions, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Co-ordinator to join their dedicated team. As a Service Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and delivery of field engineer activities to meet KPI targets.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Schedule preventative maintenance visits, reactive calls, and remedial works to optimise engineer utilisation and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with customers and engineers to maximise productivity and resolve queries promptly.
- Book visits efficiently, following company procedures, to ensure excellent engineer utilisation and customer satisfaction.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and timely delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate engineering data and provide support to other departments as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication skills to interact fluently with customers, manufacturers, and internal staff.
- The ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A customer-centric mindset, delivering quality service consistently.
- Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
