  • Pay for all your hours Many of our Wellbeing Support Workers are with us because they love what they do but we dont use that as an excuse to cut costs. And unlike other providers we pay for all of the hours youre working not just the hours you spend in someones home

Requirements of the role

  • Car driver with access to vehicle
  • No care experience is required full training is provided
  • Compassion respect and a desire to support people in your community
  • Were looking for Full Time Part Time and Flexi workers currently
  • We split shifts up into 5 hour blocks (generally 7.30/8am1pm and/or 4pm9pm) it means that you can find a healthy worklife balance. You must be available to work on alternate weekends as well as weekdays

What We Offer

  • Real Living Wage employer we pay you for Full Shifts (not just contact time) 14 p/hr for time spent supporting people in their homes and 12 p/hr for the rest of your time those hours between visits when youre travelling training running rotas and connecting with your team.

  • Fulltime (36.5 hours) parttime (11.531.5 hours) or flexi (zero hours) roles available

What kind of things would I bedoing

Do I need my own car

Yes you will require your ownor access to a car that is MOTd and Insured for business use.

How much driving will I berequired to do

That will depend on the team youjoin but as a rule we try to plan our rotas so that there isnt more than a30 minutes drive between each of the people we support. We pay for your timeand mileage whilst driving between visits.

What is the recruitment process

Our recruitment process involvesa short conversation with either our Recruitment Lead or one of our regionalDevelopment Coaches followed by an online video workshop with a DevelopmentCoaches. You will need to complete a short 5 minute values survey onlineideally before the workshop. The final stage would be a shadow shift shadowingone of our current Wellbeing Support Workers so you have a chance to see ifthe actual role is a good fit for you.
