Our Customer Services Team at our Tunbridge Wells Hospital has an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor. You will liaise directly with customers, answering all enquiries. Prepare quotations for Self-Pay hospital services and contribute to business development, within our Sales & Marketing Team.


As our Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Handle customer enquiries (both telephone and internet), providing customers with information about the services offered within our hospital

  • Support the Medical Secretaries and Hospital Bookings Teams to ensure that customer requirements/queries are effectively dealt with.

  • Providing information required to enable other areas to respond to all customer enquiries meeting the defined quality and timeline standards. Introduce new processes to improve customer advice and service, as required

  • Happy to work autonomously (once fully trained and if required), as well as part of a team

  • Able to prioritise and multi task

  • Have flexibility to cover during sickness and annual leave of fellow team members when needed


To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor, you will need:

  • GCSE English and Math's or equivalent qualification

  • Proven experience within a customer service setting is an advantage but not mandatory

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy

  • Good organisational skills
