We are looking for a Product Maintenance Manager (M365) to work within the Service Delivery team.

The successful candidate will be required to manage, develop and support SQA's M365 package in order to ensure the continuation and support of them. In order to do this you must be able to demonstrate experience in the following specific duties:
  • Maintain the stability of the IT applications and/or IT databases to ensure the continuity of systems in accordance with SQA SLA's
  • Resolve complex and escalated issues
  • Propose and define improvements to delivery and support

Additionally you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management Processes (ITIL)
  • Knowledge and understanding of M365
  • Experience of initiating and leading projects with multiple dependencies

Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 8 in an IT discipline and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role.
