Prepare, format, and edit legal documents.

Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and handle client communications.

Maintain organised filing systems.

Assist with billing and timesheets.

Offer general administrative support.

Requirements:
Experience in Corporate & Commercial or Banking preferred.

Knowledge of legal procedures and documentation or willingness to learn.

Flexible with working hours.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Team player with shared responsibility for practice area work.

Highly motivated and able to work independently with a "can do" attitude.

Confident in dealing with people at all levels.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Skills:
