We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Young Carer Outreach and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team. This is a rewarding role that requires passion, creativity, and the ability to connect with children, young people and their families.

We are looking for a team player that can demonstrate an understanding of the issues faced by young carers. The role involves completing young carers assessments, developing support plans and delivering fun sessions during holiday periods.

Are you passionate about working with children, young people, aged 5-18 years and their families? Do you have experience of family work, support services and can demonstrate an understanding of the issues facing vulnerable children and young people.
