North Lincolnshire Council are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Mental Health Officer to work within our front-line social work team. The right candidate will work as part of our supportive team to provide a range of interventions to meet the assessed needs of adults with complex mental health needs.
Working collaboratively with service users, families, and our wider multi-agency partners. the post holder will support the recovery and social inclusion for our service users with a strong emphasis on preventative work. Having robust communication skills, both written and verbal, will support your ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate case records and underpin your practice.
Providing information, advice, and support to individuals to develop a greater independence to achieve their outcomes.
North Lincolnshire Council offer a comprehensive induction training package as well as regular supervision and on-going development opportunities. In return you will be warmly welcomed into our well supported and highly skilled team. This is a full-time post. Previous knowledge of supporting people living with mental health issues would be advantageous.
