Job summary

This role is accountable to the Head of Business Change, the post holder will help embed the change management toolkits, frameworks and regime across the portfolio of business change projects.

Job description

They will also be responsible for driving and promoting the adoption of robust change management techniques across the entirety of the Agency's change portfolio. The portfolio of change is complex, requiring significant change support to ensure people impacted by the change are ready, willing and able to adopt the changes. The post holder will work across multiple programmes, coordinating and sequencing interventions that put people at the centre of change.� They will advocate and role model the value of Change Management in complex programmes with diverse stakeholders, working closely with communications professionals and project managers.�

Person specification

The post holder would be an experienced change professional having worked in change management Centre of Excellences, alongside experience in developing and implementing change approaches.

�

You will have a Change Management Qualification (APMG or similar) and practical application of the Change Management tools and techniques, in fast paced, delivery focused areas. You will have worked across multiple projects and programmes simultaneously, coordinating the change activities to reduce disruption and increase adoption rates. You will have had experience coaching, mentoring and training on Change Management frameworks and tools across a wide audience.
